Prices are in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) and are shown again, for your account, before you pay. Renewing early never shortens your access — the new term is added to the end of the current one. There is no automatic renewal: a subscription simply expires unless you renew it. When a website subscription expires your agent workspace is unaffected — it is free and has no end date.
Miracle Indonesia's Agent Sales OS and Own Bubble software platform are operated by BRAND9 SDN. BHD. The optional RM300 / 12 months Own Bubble subscription is a software subscription provided by and payable to BRAND9 SDN. BHD.
Property agency activities are conducted separately by AX MIRACLE PROPERTIES SDN. BHD., a Malaysian real estate agency registered with LPPEH under E (1) 2167.
Property booking fees, deposits, purchase funds and other property transaction funds are not collected through this software subscription checkout.

If you later add your own property website, you choose a payment method from your billing page and pay the price shown for your account. Payment is taken through a secure online payment provider, and the website opens automatically once the payment is confirmed.
A confirmed payment produces a payment receipt you can download from your billing page at any time, showing what you paid, when, and what it bought.
The Miracle Agent Subscription is a software and platform subscription provided by BRAND9 SDN. BHD., which is also the merchant for its payments. Property agency activities are operated separately by AX MIRACLE PROPERTIES SDN. BHD., a registered estate agency in Malaysia (LPPEH E (1) 2167). BRAND9 SDN. BHD. is not the licensed estate agency, and AX MIRACLE PROPERTIES SDN. BHD. is not the merchant for these subscription payments.
Property purchase monies are not collected through the Miracle Agent Subscription payment flow. Property booking and purchase payments are made outside it, directly to the developer or the party it authorises.
