1. About This Policy

Miracle is committed to protecting the personal data of its users in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act 2010 (PDPA) of Malaysia and other applicable data protection requirements.

This Privacy Policy explains what personal data Miracle collects, how it is used, with whom it may be shared, and your rights in relation to that data.

By using Miracle, you consent to the collection and use of your data as described in this policy.

2. Information We Collect

3. Account and Profile Data

When you register as an agent or user, Miracle stores your account credentials and profile information securely. This data is used to operate your account, provide access to subscribed features, and personalise your experience on the platform.

Agent profile data — including name, phone number, agency, and profile image — may be displayed publicly on your agent website and listing pages as part of the Miracle platform.

4. Listing, Lead, and Contact Data

Property listing data submitted by agents — including addresses, coordinates, photos, and descriptions — is published on Miracle and may appear on search engines or third-party platforms that index Miracle content.

When a buyer or tenant submits an enquiry through a listing or agent page, the lead data (name, phone, message) is shared with the listing agent for the purpose of responding to that enquiry. Miracle also retains a copy of lead submissions for platform integrity and support purposes.

Agents are responsible for handling lead data in compliance with the PDPA and must not use it for unrelated commercial purposes.

5. Cookies and Analytics

Miracle uses cookies and similar technologies to operate the platform, maintain user sessions, remember preferences, and analyse platform usage.

Analytics tools — which may include Vercel Analytics, Google Analytics, or similar services — collect anonymised or pseudonymised usage data to help us understand how visitors interact with the platform and improve performance.

You may configure your browser to block or delete cookies. Note that disabling certain cookies may affect platform functionality.

6. How We Use Your Data

Miracle uses collected personal data for the following purposes:

  • To operate and maintain user accounts and agent profiles.
  • To publish, manage, and display property listings.
  • To deliver lead and enquiry notifications to agents.
  • To process subscription payments and manage billing.
  • To communicate with users regarding their accounts, listings, and platform updates.
  • To analyse and improve platform performance, features, and user experience.
  • To comply with legal obligations and respond to lawful requests from regulatory authorities.

7. Sharing of Data

Miracle does not sell personal data to third parties.

Miracle may share personal data in the following circumstances:

  • With listing agents: buyer and tenant enquiries are shared with the agent managing the relevant listing.
  • With service providers: Miracle engages third-party service providers for hosting, analytics, payment processing, email delivery, and similar functions. These providers process data on Miracle's behalf under contractual obligations.
  • With administrators: Miracle platform administrators may access account and listing data for moderation, support, and compliance purposes.
  • As required by law: Miracle may disclose personal data in response to a lawful court order, regulatory request, or other legal obligation.

8. Data Retention

Miracle retains personal data for as long as your account remains active or as required to fulfil the purposes described in this policy.

When an account is closed or a listing is removed, Miracle may retain certain data for a reasonable period for administrative, legal, or audit purposes before deleting it.

You may request deletion of your data by contacting Miracle support at support@jomprop.com. Note that some data may be retained where legally required or necessary to resolve disputes.

9. Security

Miracle employs reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect personal data against unauthorised access, loss, alteration, or disclosure.

While Miracle takes data security seriously, no system is completely immune to security risks. You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for notifying Miracle if you suspect unauthorised access.
