New Projects
- How do I browse new projects?
- Every project on this site is listed on the New Projects page — open one for its location, price range and the details released so far.
- How do I enquire about a project?
- Open the project you are interested in and send the enquiry form on that page, or tap the WhatsApp button to message the agent directly.
- What happens after I enquire?
- Your enquiry goes straight to the agent handling that project, who will get in touch with you directly.
Activities
- What activities does Miracle run?
- Miracle runs seminars, booths, roadshows and briefings for buyers and investors. Each one is published with its date, venue and timing on the Activities page.
- How do I join an activity?
- Open the activity you want to attend. Where the organiser has provided one, the page carries a registration link or a WhatsApp contact, along with the venue and the registration time.
For Agents
- How do I become a Miracle agent?
- Sign up for an account, then complete your agent profile. Miracle HQ reviews new agents and opens the agent workspace once your account is approved.
- What does the Miracle Agent Subscription include?
- An active Miracle Agent Subscription gives you the Miracle project library to work from, your own agent website, leads from the projects you feature, and sales, claim and commission tracking in one workspace. Ask us in this chat for the current subscription terms.
My Account
- What do I do if I cannot log in or forgot my password?
- Request a reset link from the forgot-password page — it arrives by email within a few minutes (check spam too). The link expires in 1 hour and works once.
- How do I reach Miracle support?
- This chat can open a ticket with Miracle HQ — pick 'Something else' on any topic and write to us. You can also email support@miracleindonesia.com or call +60167385919, or use the contact page to find the Miracle agent behind a project.
